AN INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT AND INTERNET CONNECTION ARE REQUIRED FOR ONLINE ENTRY.THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY META PLATFORMS, INC.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

2. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the "La Monarca Bakery FATHER OF THE BRIDE Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the State of California who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of  La Monarca Bakery and each of their respective affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter or to win.
   
   3. How to Enter. Sweepstakes hosted at La Monarca Bakery Locations & on Instagram

Retail Entry: The Sweepstakes will begin at 6:00 a.m. (P.T.) Monday June 13, 2021 and end at 12:00 p.m. (P.T.) Sunday, June 19, 2022 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Enter by visiting La Monarca Bakery Locations, completing all of the required information (name, phone number and email address), and following all posted instructions. Complete the entry form and any other required fields and then submit your entry in one of the 12 locations of La Monarca Bakery register area "Drop In Contest Box". Entries limited to only one (1) entry per person.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. 

Instagram Entry: To participate and enter this Sweepstakes @lamonarcabakery, you will need an Instagram account (a “Social Media Account”). Follow the instructions on the sweepstakes post. Limit one (1) entry per person. If you don’t already have an Instagram account, visit www.instagram.com to create one; creating an Instagram account is free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you will be required to agree to the Instagram terms of service and privacy notice. If you do not agree to Instagram’s terms of service and privacy notice, you cannot create an Instagram account.

4. Winner Selection. A total of fifteen (15) Prize Winners will be selected via a random drawing during the Sweepstakes Period as follows:

Retail Winners Selection: After 3:00 p.m. (P.T.) Sunday, June 19, 2022 one (1) Prize Winners will be selected from all eligible entries from each of the twelve monarca locations. Prizes limited to one prize per household. 

Instagram Winners Selection: After 3:00 p.m. (P.T.) Sunday, June 19, 2022 Three (3) Prize Winners will be selected from all eligible entries from La Monarca Instagram Sweepstakes post. Prizes limited to one prize per household. 

5. Prizes and Odds. Fifteen Winners will receive $20 Cash Gift Cards . Gift Card. (ARV: $20). One winner will receive a La Monarca Bakery Weddings Sweets Gift Set value at $22.
6. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winner will be notified shortly following the prize drawing via the email address and phone call provided on the winner's entry form. Winner must respond to such email or phone notification within 48 hours after notification. Failure to respond within such a time period or return of email or phone call prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. To claim the prize, the Winner will be mailed or emailed the prize once notified that the prize is available. Winners may waive his/her right to receive prizes. All prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable.  No substitutions allowed by winners. Prizes, grand prize and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes or grand prizes of equal or greater value. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winners' consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Prizes or grand prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.
   
   7. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Sponsors will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries or other electronic communications due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. 

Entrants will hold Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and WarnerMedia LLC affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind, to person or property, arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the Sweeps and in any Sweeps-related activity or use of any prize won.

8. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
   
   9. Sponsor. The "La Monarca Bakery FATHER OF THE BRIDE Sweepstakes" sponsored by La Monarca Bakery. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
