SHIPPING
La Monarca Bakery works to ensure all packages are shipped in a timely fashion. Due to restrictions from the COVID-19 ordinances, there may be some delays in shipping.
Our ours of operation are 9 AM - 5:30 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM (EST) on a Friday will not be shipped out until the following Monday.
Currently, we are not able to ship outside of the contiguous United States.

$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING $50+ ORDERS
All $10 flat rate shipping applies to single-address shipments on all orders over $50 and under the value of $500.00. For bulk orders, please email corporategifts@lamonarca.com.
REFUND/CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:
All returns/cancellations or refunds are subject to review and will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. If something doesn’t work out, we will review your case for possible refund. In order to start this process, you must:- Start the return process within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original packaging.
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
Please contact support@lamonarca.com if you need to return an item outside the 15 day return time frame.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Please email support@lamonarca.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
