La Monarca Bakery’s Wedding Cookies Now in Costco Mexico

La Monarca Bakery, a beloved U.S. Hispanic food brand known for its authentic pan dulce, cookies, coffees and chocolate beverages, is proud to announce the launch of its signature Wedding Cookies in all Costco Mexico locations.

This expansion marks a meaningful homecoming for La Monarca Bakery’s founders. “Our mission has always been to share the Sweet Flavor of Mexico™” co-founder & CEO Ricardo Cervantes “so bringing our products to Costco Mexico is a special moment for us.”

Founded by Ricardo Cervantes and Alfredo Livas and inspired by the panaderías they grew up with in Mexico, La Monarca Bakery set out to recreate the cherished flavors of their youth using simple, high-quality ingredients without artificial flavors or preservatives. La Monarca opened its first location in Huntington Park, California in 2006, and has since expanded to 12 bakery-cafes and a popular line of packaged cookies, coffees and hot chocolate beverages that can be found at over 1,000 retail locations across the U.S.
