We started our Día de Reyes by being featured on Despierta America! Watch as we prepare the fresh rosca de reyes dough for baking in the video below:



Following that we took the festivities down to Mariachi Plaza, which so happens to be right in front of our Boyle Heights Bakery location! The Mariachi integrants enjoyed a Large Rosca that we provided to share among them.
