1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is La Monarca Bakery, located at 15530 Broadway Center Drive, Gardena, CA 90248 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility

Location: Open only to legal residents of California.

Age: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void Where Prohibited: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 29, 2026, and ends at 8:00 p.m. PT on July 19, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods provide an equal opportunity to win.
Method 1 – Instagram Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period:

Like any official Concha Cup 2026 Sweepstakes post published between June 29, 2026, and July 19, 2026.

Leave a comment on the Sweepstakes post.

Your Instagram account must remain public during the Sweepstakes Period so Sponsor can verify your entry.
Method 2 – Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without using Instagram, visit any participating La Monarca Bakery location during the Sweepstakes Period, complete an official Sweepstakes entry form, and deposit it into the designated entry box. No purchase is necessary.
Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same person on the same day, or entries submitted using multiple Instagram accounts or other fraudulent means, may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Entries generated through automated means, bots, scripts, or other similar methods are void.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
Fifteen (15) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about July 3, 2026, July 10, 2026, July 16, 2026 and July 19, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Potential winners will be notified on or about July 3, July 10, July 16, and July 19, 2026, via Instagram Direct Message from @LaMonarcaBakery, or by email if they entered through the Alternative Method of Entry.
Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prizes
Fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded as follows:
Prizes 1–8: Concha Cup Tray — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40 each
Prizes 9–12: Tres Leches Cake — ARV: $40 each
Prizes 13–14: Watch Party Spread — ARV: $240 each
Prize 15: One-Year Supply of Café de Olla — ARV: $480
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,440.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.
Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, prizes must be picked up at a participating La Monarca Bakery location.
8. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at: https://lamonarcabakery.com/policies/privacy-policy.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may affect the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city of residence, photograph, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without further notice or additional compensation.
11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
